The amplifier is a vital extension of my sound, as it is the medium through which what I play gets carried to the rest of the band and audience.

I have spent many years looking for an amplifier that would allow me to achieve a great supportive bass tone, while also having the flexibility to translate all the sounds I produce with my bass and pedals.

I finally found that in Trickfish’s amps. These are very versatile and portable amplifiers, meaning I can have a set up that works in all the different contexts I play in, whether it’s a big stage where I need to deliver a lot of volume and presence or a small jazz club where I need clarity and transparency.

I wholeheartedly thank the Stichting Eigen Muziekinstrument for the support they give me and countless other young musicians at a vital step of our career, where having professional gear is crucial but not always possible.
