For so long, I’ve dreamed of an instrument that fosters my confidence, freedom, and versatility. That wish became a reality with the acquisition of a flute by the Japanese maker Muramatsu. The rich, resonant tone of the silver allows for a wide palette of colors and makes technical passages feel smoother and more controlled. It encourages me to push my limits and search for new ways of expression. The support that SEM provides to young musicians has a transformative effect on their careers. With this flute, I have unlocked my true sound, and I am grateful to share it with audiences in the concert hall and beyond.
