Klarinet

I am incredibly grateful to Stichting Eigen Muziekinstrument for their invaluable help in my career. As a clarinetist, one of the main challenges we face is versatility and adaptability. Once you start navigating the professional field, you quickly realize how essential it is to play more than one instrument from the clarinet family.

Luckily, I fell in love with the E-flat clarinet a few years ago, when I was fortunate enough to rent one from my school. It’s such a fascinating and versatile instrument, allowing you to explore colors and characters you could never have imagined before. But to truly discover these beautiful qualities, you must become one with the instrument, so I knew I needed one of my own if I truly wanted to grow as a musician.

Thanks to SEM and all the beautiful work they do for musicians in the Netherlands I am now able to own my own E-flat clarinet and develop my artistic voice in ways that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. This opportunity means a great deal to me, and I am genuinely excited to see where this new chapter will take me.
