Release: May 22nd, 2015

I am pleased to announce that my debut album SONORO will be released by Sony Masterworks! This is a great honor and  therefore I would  like to invite you to celebrate this special release with me!

This album is dedicated to the SONORO Foundation, an organization I founded together with the Mexican percussionist Pepe Garcia to counteract the influence of the ongoing drug-related violence on the lives of many Mexicans, especially children.

Besides the foundation Sonoro, recording an album has been on my wish list for  many years. It has been a wonderful journey and I am overwhelmed with great joy and happiness.

The release concert is also on May the 22nd at 17:00 at Bethany’s jazz club. It will be a very festive afternoon with tacos and tequila! If you feel like joining me make sure you subscribe to the guest list.

Sonoro will be available for purchase at Bethany’s Jazz Club and will be in stores that same day.
